- Customer Content: uploaded files, crawled website content, knowledge-base entries, chatbot settings, suggested questions, and conversations handled by your chatbots.
- Billing information: plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, invoice metadata, tax details where applicable, and limited billing records. Full payment card data is handled by our authorized payment provider and is not stored by us.

3. Customer Content and AI Processing
Your Customer Content remains yours. We host and process it only to provide the Service, including training your configured chatbot, searching your knowledge base, generating responses, and showing analytics in your workspace. To generate AI responses, Customer Content and end-user messages may be sent to third-party model providers such as OpenAI under their contractual and security commitments.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide, operate, and improve ChatSolid, including to:
- Create and secure your account and workspace;
- Run, maintain, and improve the chatbots you configure;
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing notices;
- Respond to support requests and service communications;
- Monitor abuse, fraud, reliability, and security risks; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
5. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, including TLS/SSL encryption, credential hashing, access controls, and monitoring. Payment processing is handled by our authorized payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions and applies its own payment security and compliance standards.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate ChatSolid, payment and billing providers, model providers needed to generate chatbot responses, authorities where required by law, or a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
7. Data Retention
We retain account information and Customer Content while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After you delete content or close your account, we remove associated data within a reasonable timeframe, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, billing, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
